30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from your confirmed delivery date to request a return on any Rallyn pickleball paddle or apparel item.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use or court play are not eligible for a full refund.

How to Return

1. Email our team with your order number and reason for return.
2. We confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Post it to our UK returns address (provided on confirmation).
5. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Return shipping is covered by the buyer for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your paddle or apparel arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we cover the full cost of return shipping and process a full refund or replacement.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault. We respond within 2 business days.

Refund Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be accepted back:

1. Items returned after 30 days of delivery
2. Items that have been used on court
3. Items returned without original packaging or tags
4. Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different paddle model, return your original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
