Placing an Order

When you place an order on erallyn.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or where pricing errors have occurred.

All prices displayed on our website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. The total price including delivery costs will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase, in accordance with the DMCCA 2024 prohibition on drip pricing. We do not add hidden charges at any stage of the order process.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. No surcharges are applied for any accepted payment method, in compliance with the Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations 2017.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@erallyn.co.uk with your order number. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Order Cancellation by Rallyn

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product becomes unavailable, if a pricing or description error is identified, or if we are unable to verify payment. In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Area

Rallyn currently ships to all addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Express UK Delivery: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of contract. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us.

Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you on delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once we receive full payment.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the parcel is uncollected and returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply. We will contact you before re-dispatching.

For full shipping details, see our Shipping Information page.

5. Returns and Refunds

30-Day Return Window

You may return any unused, unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. This is in addition to your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, court play, or damage caused by the buyer are not eligible for a full refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund. If a fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund. If reported after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. Return shipping costs for faulty items are covered by Rallyn.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
