Where We Ship

Rallyn ships to all addresses across the United Kingdom. All pickleball paddles and apparel are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre. We do not currently ship internationally.

All orders are processed and dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery Options and Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Final shipping cost is displayed before payment is confirmed.

Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Order Tracking

Every Rallyn order is dispatched with a tracking number. Your tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our team.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo
• Missing item: contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• Wrong item sent: contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
